Abstract

Companies based in the trade sector, especially in the field of digitalization, must be able to keep up with fast-growing technological developments with the hope that their employees are required to maximize their expertise in the use of technology. However, excessive demands on employees will have a bad impact on the company because it will lead to an increase in Turnover Intention. This study aims to analyze the influence of Ethical Leadership, Despotic Leadership, Narcissistic Leadership, and Affective Commitment on Turnover Intention at PT. Indonesian Pangarep Eagle. This research method uses a research design in the form of a hypothesis test to prove the influence of Ethical Leadership, Despotic Leadership, Narcissistic Leadership, and Affective Commitment on Turnover Intention at PT. Indonesian Pangarep Eagle. The data used is cross-sectional, collected once on individuals as a unit of analysis, namely employees from PT Elang Pangarep Indonesia, PT Elang Pixiu, and PT Ezy Pulsa, using the purposive sampling method. The results showed an influence between Ethical Leadership, Despotic Leadership, Narcissistic Leadership, and Affective Commitment on Turnover Intention at PT Elang Pangarep Indonesia and its subsidiaries. The managerial implications of this study provide insight to PT Elang Pangarep Indonesia to continue to improve Ethical Leadership, reduce the level of Despotic and Narcissistic Leadership, and maintain Affective Commitment in order to reduce employee turnover intentions.
