Withdrawal of Manuscript
Authors are not allowed to retract the submitted manuscript. because the withdrawal is a waste of resources so editors spend a lot of time processing submitted manuscripts and works invested by publishers. If the author still asks for the withdrawal of the manuscript while the manuscript is still in the editing process, the author's administrative payment will not be returned.
If the author does not agree with this, the author can be subject to law because before the publication of the journal there is a letter of approval made between the journal manager and the author.
